三、翻子拳的运动特点MovementCharacteristiziQuan

翻子拳的劲道讲求脆、快、硬、弹。近数年来，翻子拳与戳脚、劈挂拳相配为伍，并行传习，因此，也追求吞吐发力、辘辘翻扯、搅靠劈重的通备劲道。其特点为发力迅猛遒劲，架势俯伏闪动，双拳密集如雨，全套一气呵成。拳谚称：“翻子一挂鞭。”原始套路只有一趟，近几十年逐步发展为两趟。现已成为竞赛项目之一。
