Therefore,aperson'ssighefieldofsghasaionshipwiththeirautonomy。Thatis,ifedualoreseffectsofthefieldaomaintainanautonomousapproaurturing'siualandspiritualgrowth,theyareuohavemuchauthorityorihes。
