三、武术与武德Wushuahics

中国武术一向“尚武崇德”，重礼仪、讲道德。武术谚语有“未曾学艺先学礼，未曾习武先习德”，充分显示了武德教化在武术传授过程中所表现出的“道德至上”的文化特征。中国武术始终把武德列为习武的先决条件。武德对习武者的心性修养、道德作风培养、精神境界提升等具有深刻影响，从而达到“德”与“艺”（武技）的统一。
